Electricity is included up to $75.00 for One Bedroom, $100.00 for Two Bedroom, $125.00 for Three Bedroom, and $150.00 for the Four Bedroom. If usage exceeds these amounts, payment must be included with rental payment on the first of the following month.

Units are Fully Furnished with housewares, electronics, and furniture. Please see your Leasing Consultant for a complete list.
Resident is responsible for their own Phone, Internet, and any Cable TV upgrades.
